 Inspir£ Beauty Pageant ® was created to encourage young people and celebrate their uniqueness ‘through self-expression and fashion. Arnita Fletcher is the Inspir£ Beauty Pageant’s ® founder, Ceo, owner and an entrepreneur. She has lived in Raleigh NC for the past 19 years with her husband and children. With her child ren competing in pageants in the early years, Arnita is aware of the positive impact that pageants help with boosting confidence, helping with social skills, and learning about competing in a competition. Now that her children are in college, and one competing on a D1 level with a track & field scholarship at The Ohio State University it is noticeable the skills that they learned and developed while participating in various pageants.  

Believing in giving back to the community, Arnita, and her husband co-founded the USATF youth track club "Island Gliders" and helps run her husband’s Christian flag football league " Man Up flag football".  Arnita has served on the board of the NC USATF Track & Field Youth Association as well as VP for her daughter's school athletic booster club. Arnita has coached cheerleading, dance as well as helped with servicing contestants with hair needs for pageant competitions. Using her talents and passion for helping others, Arnita is looking forward to helping young people bring out their very best and celebrating the attributes that make them unique.
