Inspir£ Pageant Rules

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Parents/Guardians and Contestants must read all rules and regulations.  If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask for clarification.  Parents/Guardians and Contestants will sign a statement to be understanding and agreeing to follow all pageant rules.

1.    There will be NO REFUNDS of any kind given from monies received.

2.    Parents/ Guardians must sign a waiver agreement and release of liability form, and complete the registration form before the deadline, which is_________.

​

3.    Each contestant will need to request admission tickets in advance (minimum tickets to start 5). Names of ticket holders will need to be submitted to the Director or Pageant Coordinators four (4) weeks prior to the date of the pageant.  All tickets will be pre-sold.

4.    All unsold admission tickets and all proceeds from ticket sales must be turned in to the Director or Organizers of the Pageant, by a date that will be set prior to the date of the pageant.  Contestants are responsible for lost tickets.  If unsold tickets and ticket monies are not received by the Director or Pageant organizers four (4) weeks prior to the date of the pageant the parent’s and contestants understand that they will not be allowed to participate and there will be NO REFUNDS given for any money that the pageant collected from the contestant and their parent’s. Everyone except for the contestants must purchase an admission ticket.

5.  Parents/Guardians and Contestants must conduct themselves in a professional manner and always portray high moral standards.

6.    Rudeness toward judges, other contestants, pageant coordinators, etc. will not be tolerated and will be subject to disqualification from the competition and escorted from the property.

7.    Parents/Guardians and Contestants will provide their own wardrobe.  Further information on attire will be given prior to the pageant. Contestants are also responsible for their own hair and makeup. One (1) assistant/parent or guardian will be permitted backstage to assist each contestant. If more than one assistant/parent or guardian is found backstage with

 contestant, all parties will be subject to disqualification from the competition and escorted from the property.

​8. Any Contestants that are late for any meetings or scheduled activities setup by the pageant shall be penalized with a five (5) point automatic deduction from their score.  No exceptions!

9.    The Winners must make themselves accessible to the Director or Organizers for Photos and Interviews. The Director and Organizers can use the Photos for future press releases, marketing, etc. All photos become the property of the Pageant Organizers.

10.    Parents and Contestants give consent and permission for Inspir£ Beauty Pageant to televise, record, photograph, or video the pageant and activities associated with the pageant and post to all social media platforms of the Pageant.

11.    Parents/Guardians, and Contests will acknowledge that all rights from appearance, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from participation in the Inspir£ Beauty Pageant as a titleholder shall belong to Inspir£ Beauty Pageant.

12.   Contestants will be judged based on the following guidelines:

            a.         Casual Wear               (15 points)

            b.         Sports Wear                (15 points)

            c.         Talent - 3 minutes -anything over points will be deducted (10 points)

            d.         Formal Wear              (20 points)

            e.         Question and answer- to be asked anytime during the pageant (20 points)

            f.          Photo- (There will also be a separate winner for this category/to be considered for the pageant overall winner contestant must also pay to submit a photo)         (20 points)

 **All decisions of the Judges are final.  100 points is the highest scoring for this pageant. In the event of a tie the judges will decide a winner.

13.       There will be absolutely no disrespect of Pageant Director, Coordinator’s, Contestants, Parent’s/Guardian’s, Spectators, and Facility Staff at any time. Those breaking pageant rules will be asked to leave/and-or removed and will not receive any prizes or refunds and will not be allowed to participate in any other Inspir£ Beauty Pageants.
